Mostly taps (quantitative) for speed, with one optional comment (qualitative) for the detail. Price isn't asked: FuelFairy already measures it exactly from official data.

Questions stations ask
How much does it cost?
Claiming your station is free, including your QR pack and its postage. Pro is $79 a month per site and adds price comparison, a competitor watchlist and weekly reports. Founding stations get the first 8 weeks free. You fund the offer you choose, and you can cap how many you give each day.
Why is the Free plan free?
Station offers and ratings make FuelFairy more useful for drivers, which brings more drivers to your station. We make our money when stations choose Pro for the price data.
Do customers need the FuelFairy app?
No. The survey opens from the phone's camera, in the browser. We suggest the app afterwards, but it's never needed to get the reward.
Does my offer or plan change my price ranking?
No. Rankings use official government prices only. Offers, ratings and plans never change the price order.
Who sees the comments?
Only you. Customers' comments are private to your station. Your overall rating appears in the app once you have at least 10 ratings.
Can we change the offer?
Any time, in your dashboard, and the map updates straight away. If your offer is printed on your QR pack, ask us about a reprint.
We're part of a chain. Can we claim our site?
Yes, if you're allowed to put signs up at your site. Head offices can claim several sites at once and see them together.
What stops people claiming the reward twice?
Each phone can claim one reward per station per month, and the survey only works when the customer is at your station.
Can we stop?
Any time, from your dashboard. Pro stops at the end of the month you've paid for. Your offer comes off the map and the survey turns off.
